Matthew Reiser brings extensive federal and state court litigation experience to Stonebridge Counsel APC, where he focuses his practice on tax controversy and IRS dispute resolution. Licensed to practice in both California and Florida, Matthew has developed a sophisticated litigation practice encompassing all phases of complex disputes, from case development and pleading preparation through trial and appeal.

Throughout his career, Matthew has successfully represented clients in high-stakes litigation matters in federal district courts and multiple California and Florida state courts. His experience includes matters involving intricate legal and factual issues requiring thorough investigation, comprehensive motion practice and strategic case development. Matthew has participated in high-stakes litigation matters involving sophisticated financial fraud schemes, including cases with recoveries in the millions of dollars.

Matthew's federal court admissions include the United States Tax Court, the Southern District of Florida, the District of Colorado, and the Northern, Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California. He maintains active licenses to practice law in California (Bar No. 315301) and Florida (Bar No. 1015992).

Matthew's experience includes complex commercial litigation matters involving federal statutory claims, fiduciary duty disputes, class actions, and multi-jurisdictional matters. His background includes significant experience with federal and state regulatory statutes and intricate litigation matters.

Matthew received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He practices from the firm's Miami, Florida office and maintains a litigation practice across federal and state courts in California and Florida.
